I got a message recently from someone asking me if chiropractic was good for sciatica. I figured if one person had the question, there must be other people out there who wonder the same thing!
The answer is a big YES

Sciatica is when there is pressure on a large nerve, called the sciatic nerve, that starts at the bottoms of the spine and goes down the back of our legs. Usually there is an imbalance of the vertebrae of the low back and pelvis that puts pressure on the nerve and it Hurts!





There can also be a disc bulge that presses on the nerve causing this pain in the butt. Pun intended

When I was in college, are used to eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, toast with Nutella, pumpkin bread‘s and pasta all the time. Because it was cheap! It was fast and easy to repair on the go. I was about 30 pounds heavier than that I was now, and I was waking up every day feeling exhausted.
When I was in chiropractic college, I did a 21 day cleanse and my entire body shifted. My food cravings changed and I didn’t feel the need to grab the ice cream from the freezer after dinner each night. I trimmed down and felt amazing!

I feel like a lot of people focus on looks, but at the end of the day, the way we feel is so much more important, the luxe are a great byproduct of being healthy.
